Care of Your Loved One
Bringing your loved one into our care, this can be from anywhere in the country. We work 24 hours a day to make sure we are available when you need us most.
Care of your loved one including washing and dressing. If Dad or Grandad was usually clean shaven, we will give him a nice shave. Or if Mom or Nan had their hair a certain way, or a special lipstick, we will ensure everything is done right and personal to your loved one.
Use of our chapel of rest. You can use our chapel of rest as much or as little as you require between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, free of charge.
Arrangement, Care and Support for You
Availability of our trained and qualified team 24 hours a day. We know it is not an easy time, we have a 24 hour telephone service that is available for you to call at any time in case you need us.
Making all necessary funeral arrangements. We do everything for you, this includes calling the cemetery or crematorium and completing all legal paperwork. We even arrange the music, flowers and orders of service.
Obtaining all the necessary documents, completing them and forwarding them to the appropriate authorities. This includes calling doctors, hospitals, coroners or the registry office, we will do everything we need to, to make sure you are cared for at the highest service level.
Giving advice, support and guidance on certification, registration and related matters. If you have any questions on how to register a death, how to obtain a death certificate or need bereavement support, our team will get you the details you need to help.
Funeral Director and Bearer Team
The support and leadership from our Funeral Director. Our funeral director will call you before the funeral to ensure everything is perfect and put your mind at ease, they will then talk you through each step of the way on the day of the funeral.
A team of caring and sensitive bearers. Our bearers are there to help and support our families, from the honour of carrying a loved on into a funeral service or lowering them at graveside to taking flowers for you or carrying bags.
Personnel to drive the arranged vehicles. Our drivers will ensure the safe travel of everyone travelling with vehicles provided by Lilies, if you have any questions, you may want the air con on or maybe a favourite song played, please let your driver know and they will be happy to help.
