On the day of a burial service we will follow the instructions which have been agreed between the family and ourselves, this may involve meeting at your home for you to either follow in your own vehicles behind our hearse or use our limousine to take you to the funeral service.

 

The funeral service will be held in church or a chapel at the cemetery, once the service is over we will travel to graveside where the burial will take place. If you have used one of our limousines, we will return you to an address of your choice following your loved one’s service. Every element can be made bespoke to you and your family, the above is a basic summary.

On the day of a cremation service we will follow the instructions which have been agreed between the family and ourselves, this may involve meeting at your home for you to either follow in your own vehicles behind our hearse or use our limousine to take you to the funeral service. The funeral service will be held in church or a chapel at the crematorium, if the service is held at church we will then travel to the crematorium where the committal and cremation will take place. If you have used one of our limousines, we will return you to an address of your choice following your loved one’s service. Every element can be made bespoke to you and your family, the above is a basic summary.

A family can either call us to bring their loved one into our care if they pass away at home, nursing/care home or hospital. When we bring someone into our care we care for them with the greatest of respect, we do as much as we can to keep them comfy and safe.

Of course! We have a private chapel of rest at our funeral home which is available to all our families on a first come first served basis, we do not charge for this and you can use the chapel of rest as much or as little as you wish.

We can do anything a family wishes. In the past we have conducted Veteran funerals, Irish Funerals, Football Funerals, Cricket Funerals, Traveller Funerals and Fancy-Dress Funerals just to name a few.

The cheapest funeral we offer is a direct cremation at £1,495.00, unlike a lot of funeral homes we still offer viewing in our chapel of rest with this service and if you want to use the chapel to conduct a small and intimate service yourselves you are more than welcome to. Our chapel can hold up to 5 or 6 people.

Yes, we conduct a lot of repatriations in and out of the UK. Through our experience and expertise, we have cared for many families wanting their loved one home safely.

Yes of course, if you would like to donate to a charity in memory of a loved one, we can either handle the donations for you or return them to you for you to donate in person. We have donation boxes that are laid out at the end of a service, these can be taken back with you to the funeral reception or wake if you wish.

Yes, the complexity and paperwork vary depending on the cemetery. After getting permission from the respective authorities we can conduct an exhumation in either a council or privately own cemetery. We have conducted a repatriation of an exhumed coffin which was slightly more complicated but nothing our knowledge and experience could not handle.

Yes, our team works directly with an international stone importer which reduces costs. Our team will sit down with you to plan and draw out your headstone and confirm the style, font and colour of the inscription to ensure you are happy and satisfied with your loved ones memorial.
