St Giles Celebrates Lives Lived

St Giles Hospice are an amazing charity who were founded in 1983 by Reverend Paul Brothwell. From initially being set up to help cancer patients to now helping their local community and their families who have non curable illnesses such as MS, Motor Neurone Disease, Cancer and Heart Failure to name a few.

St Giles cares for its local community either in one of their hospice locations or in patients own homes, the range of specialist care it provides is funded in its majority by donations and fundraising.

To help raise money for St Giles Hospice, so they can continue their outstanding level of care, we are helping support their ‘Celebrate Lives Lived’ campaign that will be running until the end of May.

You can make a donation to dedicate a Gerbera in memory of your loved one, the orange gerbera represent the ‘sunshine of life’.

In May, gardens within the St Giles Hospice’s will be decorated with Gerbera flower sticks. The sticks will have your loved one’s name on if you have dedicated a gerbera in their memory. You will also get a virtual gerbera in the online garden with your loved ones name on, you can view this all year round from anywhere in the world.

Lilies have created their own garden in their window at 10 Chester Road, Sutton Coldfield funeral home. If you show you have made a donation to the St Giles Hospice ‘Celebrate Lives Lived’ campaign then Lilies will write the name of your loved one in their window as well.
